Pliable mould seal prevents the hot wax from leaking from the casts. This is most practical during the moulding of stearine candles in large steel casts, but is also suitable for synthetic casts, of course.

Pliable mould seal resists the high temperature of molten wax, stays pliable, is easy to remove and can be reused. Silicone bands prevent the wax from leaking from the double moulding casts.
