Robust workers. You’re probably already familiar with our purple soap machine, the ZXM-05000 extruder. This is a superb, powerful soap machine with a 1500 Watt output. It is placed inside a sturdy housing, equipped with PLC control (a small computer) and has a bronze worm screw. This PLC control manages the machine for you: all aspects can be preset. It indicates the correct working temperature and performs self-diagnostics to inform you whether or not everything is working smoothly. However, not everyone needs this kind of technology. This is why we’re adding two diligent workhorses to our range. They are the ZXM-72150, a 1500 Watt extruder, and the ZXM-72220, a 2200 Watt extruder. We’ve limited the electronics in both machines to a minimum and left off the attractive finishes on the housing. What remains are two tough and robust workers which ooze power. Of course, we haven’t compromised safety and the worm screw is still made of bronze.
