Gildewerk dipping paint is a water-based paint. A single dip into gold or silver dipping paint will give a candle a luxurious look. The transparent dipping paint creates a protective gloss layer which covers the candle and possible decorations. The coloured dipping paint is specially designed to form a luxurious metallic sheen in combination with the gold and silver paints, but they can also be used on their own.
