You can mould even sheets of paraffin to a maximum of 1 cm thick using the Plaquet moulding plate. With these sheets, you can then roll, fold or stack your candles. Plaquet moulding plates consist of an MDF base plate with adjustable feet, a stainless steel upper plate and magnetic dividing strips with which to divide and seal (parts of) the upper plate. The plate can be levelled using the adjustable feet and the spirit level included. It’s a good idea to line the Plaquet with wax paper and pour the wax onto this. This will help you remove the sheet of wax more easily. An instruction manual with handy ideas is included.
